Hi, Trying to find the death of Annie Galloway.
From birth/bapt registration paperwork-
Born 15th July 1898 in Leeds West Yorkshire to John and Sarah Ann Galloway. (5 other siblings) (John B1852 Middlesex, Sarah Ann B1859 Colchester)
There are two deaths showing for an Annie in 1944 and Sept 1975 but the latter dob is 6/Nov/1909, neither fits this Annie.
Some in my family say they visited Annie in the Leeds General Infirmary between 1972 to 1975, but I am unable to find anything near these dates. Brick wall time.

Hi,
The only problem with the 1944 date as with the 1975 one is my family say they visited Annie between 1972-1975.
The 1975 date shows her birth as 6/Nov/1909 which is incorrect.

The 1982 death is for the wife of Thomas Galloway so not your lady if she was single.

I don't think she married either. If she had married after the 1939 register was recorded, her married surname would have been added to that to update the records. :-)

Hi, Chris, I have the death info of William Thomas and Mary Alice but not the YEP death/funeral details that's great...thank you.
The grave for the above only holds William and Mary as far as I am aware. It might be worth my checking Lawnswood books in the library for Annie.

There is Annie Galloway birth 1900 in Leeds.

The birth and baptism dates for Annie are from birth/baptism church registration paperwork.
Birth 15/July/1898 Leeds Bapt 7/Aug/1898 Leeds. .
Showing parents names and father's occupation plus address which is correct.
I have sent for her birth certificate.
But where her death info is..just don't know, but will keep searching. :-)

The Annie born 1900 I believe is John and Polly's daughter
(This John is brother to Annie and the son of John and Sarah)
Just to complicate matters John and Polly named their children John and Annie..
