Hi

From the information on 1901 & 1911 census I know that David Martin Kelly was born around 1887 in Newtownards and his parents were Samuel Carson Kelly 1846-1929 and Eleanor Jane Gaw (1845-1894).

However I have been unable to trace his exact birth details.

Can anyone please recommend a site for this?

Also is there a site for online parish records for Northern Ireland please?

Been there and done that...!!!

A complicated family and no mistake.....Samuel Carson Kelly looks to have been married 3 times by 1911 Census.....Eleanor Gaw dies 1894.. wife of Samuel is a Margaret in 1901 but cant find a marriage/death and by 1911 he is living with wife Mary Ann and mother-in-law Ann Beckett..(.Marriage took place 18th October 1910)...not the same person "Margaret" on 1901 as Mary Ann is still living at home up the street from Samuel

this could be Samuel c Kelly in 1911 was born 1846

david martin Kelly born 1987 is his brother but that cant be the age gap is to big to be his brother

If you look at the original all crossed out and mixed up....
Samuel John Kelly is Head of house and running the grocers shop plus being a farmer......he is one of the sons of Samuel Carson Kelly who is living at this time (1911) with Ann Beckett (Mother-in-Law) and wife Mary Ann at 24 Francis St.

A Robert Gaw Kelly married Margaret Moffatt 27th October 1897 in the Co Tyrone.
He is living Regent St Running the Grocers shop there

Eringobragh, the other thread was asking about the children of David Martin Kelly but , as usual, us nosey helpers took the line further back :-)
