If you google Thomas leatherland sarah lineker, there are past 'Threads' relating, if any clues on them, the family seem a mystery, and with that finding in Newspaper (1881 and Workhouse reference) doesn't look like they all stayed together, perhaps Wendy (Notts.) will have more luck for you, but not an easy task I would imagine...

thanks the original number used 7b/189 amy leatherland lineker on birth certificate no father named but we know that sarah ann lineker married thomas leatherland 2yrs after amy was born
