In 1911 they were living in Dorking, Surrey. Frank Holford Luff , Head, 28 Carter Flour Mill born Dorking Alice Luff, Wife, 26, born Holmwood Surrey Frank Harold Luff, 6, born Holmwood Bertram Donald Luff, 4, born Holmwood Ernest Charles Luff, 3, born Dorking Elsie Lilian Luff, 1, born Dorking
The couple had another child, Daisy Luff in 1911.
The family at some stage moved from Dorking to Norfolk, though i am not clear when.

Going by the births of the children, the family moved from Dorking to Norfolk between Jul-Sept 1911 and Jul-Sept 1920.
As well as the children already mentioned in your post, and in records above, there was Arthur Norman in 1921, and Kathleen Queenie in 1923.
Sadly, Kathleen died in infancy, in1923.
Arthur died in Thailand in 1943 while a prisoner of war.
