Trying to find Kent

I am seeking to find any Kent relatives of my GGgrandfather John Kent born 1837 to John Kent and Jane Kent nee Brooman, John and Jane were married at Bently in 1828, they had at least six children poss more, William first born died the same day, James, George, Anthony, Ellen, Jane and at least two more children, I found James Kent aged 59 on the 1901 census living at Amery Hill, Hants, he had at least three sons and daughters. My gggrandfather JK joined the 14th hussars(Dragoons) at Maidstone in 1857, his regiment was based at Hulme barracks in Manchester in 1863 when he married my gggrandmother Elizebeth Jolley at Manchester Cathedral, sadley John died aged 29 in service at Edinburgh and my Ggrandfather John Robert Kent grew up and settled in Manchester. if you recognise this family or think you are a related please contact me. |
