Sally, Trying to locate Jane Collinson and any family living in Blackburn Lancashire. Jane was born 1816 to 1819 and I have her on the 1891 census as widowed aged 75, living at 196 Hole ith Wall, Blackburn, Lancashire. Also living with her at that address were my great grandparents Thomas Walsh and Betsy Jane Walsh (nee Cook). What I am trying to establish is the link between Jane and Thomas and Betsy Jane so I feel if I could establish who she was married to and what family they had, which should be on the earlier census returns I could make a connection somewhere, but everywhere I have looked so far I have drawn a blank. Hi Sally, Thanks for the kind offer, hope you can help me? I´m looking for James Absolom and family in 1891. James was born 1860 Stoke Row, Ipsden, Oxon. He married Mary Ann Browne in 1883 and these are the children, George, Henry F, William & Blanch. James was a bricklayer and moved from Oxon to Berkshire in 1881. in 1881 he was living in Earley and later moved to Reading which is where I think he may be in 1891. Thanks again Jane

I am trying to search Thomas Hayes (1833) Father, mother Siblings if possible. The information I have so far is: he married a woman named May( do not know her maiden name) They had sons and duaghters: William 1863 Thomas 1864 Maggie 1867 Amelia 1869 James 1872 Richard 1872 Elizabeth 1875 Abel 1875 John 1880 The family are believed to have come from Lancashire.
