Hi Could you please try to find FRED (might be Frederick) HUDSON 1901 LEEDS area. He was my Grandfather but was a foundling on steps of Leeds Town Hall in 1893/4 so he'd be 6 or 7 years old on census. Many thanks Judith |

hi Lou William Slocombe was born c 1869 Catherine c1874 married 1893( labour) had a daughter in 1900 name Amelia ? i don't know the names of the one's befor her but they had 13 in all, thank's allen |

Re James Cameron, sorry I meant you to look in the English census for 1891 for this man aged about 30 and probably born in Scotland, but maybe not. In 1881 he was a bricklayer Thanks Kay |

Thank you Lou thats great. By 1881 the family lived 140 Grant Rd Battersea surrey(london) They had another son stephen george Ruff born 1872 age 9 born Worthing. This I have birth cert. for and he lived till 1962. His father died 27/01/1896. If you can find son stephen george ruff and wife ellen Dale married 25/05/1890 Wandsworth (London) and there son Stephen George Ruff born 11/02/1892 Wandsworth in the 1901 census I would be forever in your debt.
