Hi Susan Can i please ask for one more look up, you have already helped me so much but i have been trying to find my great grandfather for over a year. His name was Thomas Taylor and he was born in Ardwick manchester about 1857 - i have been told 1st September - but i am not sure. I am waiting for my 3rd birth certificate for him (hopefully this will be the right one). He was married at St Thomas's in Ardwick, so possibly this is where he may have been christened. Thomas's father was called John Taylor. Thomas had a brother born around 1855 - maybe he will be easier to find and i think they had a brother called owen taylor born around 1860. I can understand if they are too many Taylor's, - it is so hard. Apparently there were 13 in their family alone. Thank you again Roseanne

Hi Susan, If you don't mind could you take a look for the following on the VRI: (Irene kindly found them on the 1851 Hampshire Census and the ages relate to that date) Absalem Tanner aged 42 (b circa 1809) married to a Rachel aged 32, living in Woodcott, Hampshire. I know Absalem was born and died in Woodcott, Rachel was born in Winterbourne, Hampshire. Their children were Thomas aged 12 (my ancestor) Ellen 10 Jane 8 Olive 6 (later Olivia (free BMD) married a Cleary and then a Daniel Pearce (1891 census) Any information, particularly on the marriage of Absalem (Absalom) and Rachel would be very much appreciated. This info. is a real breakthrough for me so thank you for any help you can give. Regards Mandy

Thanks - I would be grateful if you could pass on any info about the Ferry's you have. Also the Broadbridge family living in Middlesbrough. Any ones you find in Middlesbrough are in my tree so all apply - its quite a big family!! In relation to Annie Ferry (on the message I posted seperately) I have already got 1891 census info for her, but thanks for the offer anyway. - Lucy

Hi Susan Please could you look up the following burials for me - I'm not sure what info you need, but here goes anyway - Hannah Ferry died 1889 age 41? in Middlesbrough Annie Thompson born c 1874 died in Middlesbrough - I'm not sure when but it was post 1920. Elsie Kay born 1909 - I think she died during WW2, definately buried in Middlesbrough. (She was apparently 36 when she died, which means she died in 1945, but I am unsure about this and it could have been anytime between 1940 and 1945) Thanks, Lucy

Hi Susan, I found Mary Casey's death on FreeBMD in 1844 registered in Stepney - so I could be Mile End Old Town; Mile End New Town or Ratliff. If its not too late..... Thanks a lot, Kathy

No I don't think so.......Thanks for taking time in looking. I think her fathers name was Thomas(Thos) born in Stone Kent? about 1818c very vague on that I'm Afraid. On 1891 census it lists Ellen Hoadley as mother in law to William Heath and Mary Ann. Was hoping her birth might be on records somewhere with her Real parents names. Thanks ever so much for all the searches you've done for me Keren

Hello Susie, Please could you look for a John Fuller and Mary Ann Fuller . He was born in Shorne, Kent, England . he would be 77 if still alive in 1891 . Mary Ann would be about 65, she came from Twickenham Middlesex.. Also could you look up a Mary Ann Hoadleys birth in Greenhithe Kent. I think 1862 Janto March Quarter. Married William Heath in Kent. Wish I could fathem out who her mother was !! Thanks in advance Keren Sorry Also could Francis Olding have been transcribed wrong and put down as son . See he is on the 1901 Census as Being James Olding's son, not William's , James's cousin. As Francis doesn't appear to be on 1901 Census with William, They are the same age and same place of birth.? Thanks for the help you've given me. It is really kind of you Keren
