Hiya Sheila,
Please could you try to find my Grandmas marriage. She was AMY SHAW and married ALBERT EDWARD PEACOCK. Not sure what year, she was born in 1899 and their 1st child was born in 1921/22 ALICE PEACOCK. Probably in Yorkshire, But I am learning not to take anything for granted!!! Also couldn't find either of them on the 1901 census.

Hi Sheila

Alas..no other details other than what I have. My guess is that Jones was billeted in Brighton as a serving soldier, maybe awaiting shipping out to France.

I do know that by 1928 my grandmother [Enid Watts] was not with him, but pregnant with my Dad and with a man named Stephen Reginald Griffiths.

thankyou for trying any how.

Francis Watts born c. 1870
died 1904 Jan qtr Williton, Somerset

re Tony Vaughan Jones...which area ? any idea?
I have searched the Commonwealth wargraves site in case he was killed in WW1, but no sign of him.
