I have an Ancestry sub but not sure where to look (including other poss sites?) for any info on the Royal Barracks, Arran Quay in Ireland. Im interested in Robert Bates who was serving there in 1911. Also, are Dublin baptisms online please? |

Thanks Andrew, I found that and Im trying to establish if they had a daughter named Alicia in 1812/13. All I know is her father was Robert Bates and she was born in Dublin. Many thanks Roy. |

Hi Romany, no problem, I regularly make that mistake. My favourite one is getting no results at all on Ancestry for a surname like Smith only to realise that I typed 824 instead of 1824.... |
