Thanks for your replies and suggestions , I'll certainly check those out. Apparently each state has its own system for getting BMD certs and Pennsylvania is one of the most difficult for a variety of reasons. We may complain about the GRO (and it is quite expensive) but the ability to search indexes, order online and receive the certificates promptly is invaluable. |
