Kathleen, that could be about right if he was of similar age to Ellen (born 1885). We believe some of my family line comes from Scotland so i was half expecting Charles to have been born North but some of the family did settle in Yorkshire |

Im a bit stumped. Being new to tracing my family tree im unsure how to trace my fathers side of the family without knowing where members of his family were born. Ive managed to trace back his grandmothers side and her mothers side and so on via census records but when tracing the male bloodline i get stuck at tracing his fathers father due to missing records. |
