Could it be that you might have paid for the records using credits?

If so, the records will not be available to view once the credits run out

Platinum members should be OK whilst their membership lasts, but will not be able to view attached records if they drop to a lower membership level.

As a Standard member, I always save any records I view by credit to my computer and, if I wish to, add them as Photos.

you cannot view anything on on your tree if you havnt saved it can you? i thought when you attach to name on tree it automaticly saved it .seeing as the item you want to save is shown ie census 1881 birth record etc in the record box. thanks david

When you added the information did you remember to click on "save" before closing your tree?

i have clicked on to a name on tree then click the arrows on the top right , this brings the indevidual .click on record in my case census for any year i have saved click on picture under neath 2 boxs veiw or cancel click veiw nothing .thats my problem. thanks david

Do you mean your GR tree?

If so, where are you looking in your attempt to find the info?

Have you clicked on the arrows to the right of the individual's main entry?

I have put census/death/births etc to people in my tree and when i try to open them nothing happening ? any ideas. thanks David.
