New Tree Layout Slow

Now that we are almost accustomed to this 'New Tree' how many of you are finding it very slow...between each individual to load up...then having to click onto the right panel to be able to do a quick check on ones' info.

I found out just how slow this process is recently when i wanted to find all my 'London Born Families' i just had to give up.....taking too long between each individual.

The 'Old Tree' was so simple easy to use & fast & once clicked onto an individual, all info that you had put in, is there in front of you, saving time......i could have found out just what i was looking for in a short amount of time.

Perhaps we will get another 'Tree' based on the old one at some point in time, but cannot hold hopes out on that one.
I'm sure all the complaints there has been, far outweigh the positve ones for this new layout! :-\

I was accustomed to the new tree before and was quite used to it up until August 1st. For some reason it has slowed down since then.

Many comments on the boards suggesting it may be your operating system or internet brower but none conclude that any one system is best. It could also be a graphics issue but again nothing definite.

So far GR seems to be reponding with "apologies for any problem" but no general announcement. I now use the computers at my local library which obviously have the right setup as they work fine.

I am sure if there is a problem GR will be aware and be working on it,
