Not that it helps much but on the 1911 census 93 Sydney Street, London SW appears to just be a normal house. There were just 2 census forms completed by people living at the address. |

On the London Electoral Register in 1933 William Henry Williams is indeed shown to be living at 41 Westmoreland St, SW1. Also at the address is a Kate Jane Williams plus 4 others with the surname Chivers. |

I,ve tried everything to get any info on him ...he didnt marry my great gran but she took his name and just by total chance I found a death certificate which was in their area and took a huge chance and sent for it I know its his as his "wife" is in attendence when he dide and gave thier home address as westmoreland street ...... |
