If they went to SA then try a free 14 day trial with Ancestry SA - they have some 60's telephone directories. It may, at least, help you find where they were based. Relations of mine found one of their relatives still in same house!!!! |

Have you tried on Ancestry? They have passenger lists to/from Australia, which may have made a stop in S Africa. |

can anyone out there help me. in the late 50s early 60s some relatives moved out to africa he joined the police out there and they got married out there. you would think therefore they would be easy to trace. i have been in touch with south african police. i have also gone through countless passenger lists with no success at all |
