WHY CANT I FIND MY RELLIES ON PASSENGERS LIST ?MY FAMILY HAVE FOUND THEM ESLE WHERE ,BUT AS I AM A MEMBER HERE I WOULD LIKE TO FIND THEM

As the family are indeed on the Otway in 1910, what other info are you looking for?
What other passenger list do you think they should be on?

Where do you think you should be able to find them?

And please do not use all CAPS........thank you

Are Passenger lists only available at certain subscription levels on GR? If so, maybe you don't have that level of subscription?

The passenger info on the Otway doesn't have much info
There are no ages for Mr & Mrs Kemp.
Only that Edgar was between 1 and 12yrs and that Albert was under 1yr

Can you give us some more info please

Found the family on an Anc tree.
Is this the family of Albert James Kemp and Rachel Clarke Bowers?
They appear to have transferred to NZ before eventually moving to WA

I am a Platinum member. If I wanted to view Travel and Overseas records, it would be an extra £7.95.

They appear to be on the site - initially search Kemp departure 1910, keyword Sydney, then add the first names one at a time. Don't put in a year of birth or worry if the 'Sydney' disappears.

If Anne has sourced the correct family then:-

Albert James and Rachel Clarke Kemp
Living at Group 16, (Subdivision of) Sussex,
(Division of) Forrest, 1925 WA Electoral Roll

1931 still at that address. Did not look further.

The tree I looked at does seem about right.
This family arrived in Sydney 1910 but do appear to be on an ER in NZ at 1914.
They apparently had a son born in NZ in 1913 ( unfortunately there is a100yr embargo on NZ births)
The next known child was born in WA in 1922.

1922 ties with a WA address 1925-1931.
I guess we are looking at the same files?

After that they moved around a bit. The last entry for Rachel seems to be 1958, with them both at 151 Kent St, Bussleton, Sussex.

Albert was still there in 1963, but after that - who knows?

All the info in the UK, NZ and OZ is available, but we still don't know what info Lorna is looking for?

thanks to all who tried to help me ,i am a platium member so i need to up grade.
i would like to know when kemp family arrived in new zealand (boat and date )and when they left to go to west australia
i believe albert and son edgar left first and then rachel son albert and baby george left later .
