I think my Grandfather James Riley spent some time in prison possibly between 1927-1931 or 1933-1937 He lived in gateshead at the time so it was possibly Durham Prison does anyone know how I can confirm this? |

There are newspapers on this site (at a cost!) but I don't think much of the search engine. |
