Hello, I wonder if someone would be kind enough to have a look at Jack Framingham Fox's WW1 Medal Rolls Index Card re his award of the 1915 Star. there is a reference to his rank at the time but Iam not sure what it is - something Lieutennant? |

The record/numbers eg "second" would be in roman numerals "II" so i suppose badly written could look like a letter (Y) |

Lewisham fits for a marriage - he was resident in Dacre Gardens Brandram Road Lewisham in 1921 - this is the address on the electoral roll and also where his WW1 medals were sent |

Thought there might be an officers file for him at the National Archives. Just checked the index though and it seems as though he might have served after March 1922, so his records will still be with the MOD. |
