Hi, im having problems printing my tree so I just tried the export GEDCOM but when it asks for my password it just stays on the same screen still waiting for a password. I have double checked by logging out and back in and I have definately put the correct password. Any ideas please? |

I have also had trouble with my password and was eventually told by Genes that it is case sensitive and should be all in small letters. The fact that when I sign in it is a mix of capital and small letters is apparently irrelevant!!! |
