Trying to trace my Great Grandfather (above) he married Catherine Bamberger at the great synagogue in London in 1882, Catherine died at an early age and is buried in the Plashet cemetary in London, they had several children my grandma Amelia was one, I can find no trace of Albert after Catherine's death in 1906, an extensive search on several sites have drawn a blank...can anyone help?

Can I find out any other information about him? eg where he lived, where he is buried etc.,

There is a detailed tree on Ancestry, which has the above marriage for him. There are a few more children, all the younger ones in workhouses 1911, but they have no more info about Albert.
Apparently Simon emigrated to America - they have a full history for him.

I can't find any of them on the 1911. It maybe that the family emigrated and then returned to England. - there is a marriage for Adelaide to Arthur George Singleton in 1921 in Hackney.

I don't know if this is a bit too complicated, but might it be worth pursuing Barbara's family, maybe somebody out there is connected to them?

I suspect this might be them maybe?? Father below is a clerk of works. Barbara's father on marriage cert is a civil engineer surveyor, I think that fits.
