Thanks all for the advice - I contacted the Bishops' House and received a reply from the PA to say she had no knowledge of my great aunt and that records were not kept for 'domestic' staff. |

According to family information, my great aunt Laura Mildred Thomas,who died in 1959, was employed as a housekeeper by the Bishop of Coventry - I would guess this would have been in the 40's /early 50s - does anyone have ideas as to how I can find out more information please. |
