You might be able to order a CA DC from the following page. Best to have a proper read through first

If you can't get an Authorized copy, you might be able to purchase an Informational copy (same details but can't be used for identification or presumably legal reasons)

i never exptected so much help, so i thank you all very much for your time and trouble. Been at this game for over 20 years but american records havent really crossed my path before.
