Finding who lived at an address 1913/1915

There is nobody of that name 1911 and as the houses aren't numbered it's impossible to say who is living at the same house. |

1913 is tricky as no census to help, and info for electoral register very limited - most males 21 and above had the vote, but not all, and virtually no women. But you could check it out 1919 onwards when men over 21 and women over 30 got the vote. |

I have received army papers back re an ancestor and have found that he had named a brother as his next of kin. The brothers name was William Gould and lived at same address at Church Street, West Coker, Somerset. This is the only information I have on William Gould. Is it possible to find out who else was living at that address?? |
