During WW2, my father was attached to the Headquarters of 903 Det Military Government in Houdeng Geognies in Belgium. Whilst there he was billeted with a family who treated him like a son. I have names and addresses of the people going back to 1945 and as recent as 1978. Can anyone give advice on how I should attempt to find living relatives?

If the surname isn't common, you could try looking for people of the same name in on-line phone books.

Just google Belgium Phone Books eg
