Civil Registration began in Scotland in 1855 so you will not get a cert but you might find an old parish record |

Hi does anyone out there know how I can get a copy of a Scottish marriage certificate. I'm travelling to Scotland in July and would like to get a copy of my grt, grt grandparents cert. They were married in Larbert in 1826. Would I be able to get a copy in Larbert or would I have to go to bigger regional office. Any help would be appreciated. |
