I am still trying to find a birth registration for William Beech. His marriage certifcate states he was born in 1878 in Pelsall Staffordshire. His father was Richard Beech. |

William Beech married Mary Poyner in 1899 in Wolverhampton. I have a copy of their marriage certificate and his father is Richard Beech. Unfortunately though the marriage certifcate states father as Richard but deceased. |

If you follow GB's link, you'll see the answer is that any part of 1901 Sedgeley was in 1879 Sedgeley (but not vice versa), so should be in 1879 Dudley RD. |
