Just wondering if someone knows what the difference is between posting up to date birth/ marriage details of people on Living Relatives board and doing the same on Find Ancestors... where it seems to be instantly reported and removed for reasons of breaking privacy boundaries. |

I've never been sure exactly how the Data Protection works on The National Probate Calendar which publishing amounts of money left by people up to 1966. |

As far as the Data Protection Act relates to the Probate Calender, that information is in the public domain. There are ledgers in the Central Probate Registry to about 1990 which can be accessed in person. 1966 is nearly 50 years ago, with many of the named people now deceased themselves. |
