USA Death in 1903 Where can I apply??

I've found my ancestor's death via the LDS site in Pennsylvania USA. Can anyone tell me where I can order his death certificate from please?

. I have tried Nat Archives Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania Historica Records, Philadelphia Archives, all with no Luck. I had ordered a death certiifcate for much later from the Pennsylvania Department, Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh but they only have them from 1906 onwards. I am just going round in circles so would really appreciate any help or advice. Also if anyone can tell me if it's possible to view on the world ancestry the USA census for 1890 please?

I've got 2 emails from Pennsylvania Dept, Carnegie Library, one states they only have records from 1906 onwards - the other states they only have records upto 1906, so confusing. The last time I order a death certificate from they it took me 2 years before I received any reply from emails, so am a little reluctant to contact them again.

Much appreciate any help you can offer me.

Most of the 1890 census records were lost in a fire.
The remainder can be searched here:-

Not sure if you have already been down this route -

Pennsylvania death certificates prior to 1906 can be accessed through the courthouse in the county where the person died. A list of court houses is available via the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Vital Records website (link shortened to) http://goo.gl/EGXJA

With a bit of luck, the County will be on the last census you found the person on unless it is also on the death record transcription

has pre-1906 d.certs from Pittsburg and Philadelphia with free images - you have to do a free rego first. They also have PA probate records to browse thru. No part of 1890 census survived for PA.
