401 unauthorised message

Why am I getting a 401 unauthorised message when I have been given access to someones tree. |

Karen - You can check out whether you still have access by going to Contacts (under Messages above) and by the name of the Contact , under Tree, there will be a tick, saying View or a cross, saying Request. |
