I have access to another members tree which I have had for several years. He has since added some photographs to his tree but for some reason it only lets me access the tree details but not the photographs. When I try and view the photos it says I need to ask permisson. I have contacted the person who has confirmed I already have access to his tree so should be able to view the photographs. Does anyone have any idea why this is |

You need to ask the member to give you access to their Keepsafe, |
