I've been trying to follow the brother of my GGF, name of Benjamin Tolley b1870. I cannot find a marriage for him or a death, however, there are 2 deaths of people with this name but both registered as 0 years old at death. The question I have is that when registering deaths could the age have been recorded as 0 years old if no age was given? or was this normalpractice? |

If you've found two deaths in that name, have you been able to rule out either of them with a matching birth? |

I would think that the 1905 death in the December quarter aged 0 belongs with this birth |

Steve, your search probably didn't turn up that death because I'm guessing you typed in Benjamin and it was registered as Ben. |

Age at death registered as zero means that the deceased was less than one year old |
