No idea where he and his wife Edith nee Dunbar b.1897 went after their marriage in India.

Douglas William Dunbar b. 20 July 1909 in Karachi, India - I can find no record of a marriage or Death.

There is an Edgar Rees Richards mentioned here. No idea if he's your man though.
