Does anyone know a way to find out the surname of someone by their christian name and current address please? |

The names of voters registered at an address be can looked up in person on the ER These are usually held at the local library or Council Offices. |

If you tracked the ER down (Library or Council Offices) they 'might' look it up for you. There's no harm in asking! |
