Sibley Cottages is probably not what you want, but Edward Bloxsom is on the 1890 ER as at no 4, Sibley Cottages (see previous post above)

On census 1891 he's just at 4, Rose and Crown Lane.

Can only find Sibley Cottages not House in 1890 on ER.

Henry Morfett at No 2, and Edward Bloxsom at no 4.

The address (Not the cottage) is on the London ER in 1890

Do you have an idea of who might have lived there please?

I can see Sibley Cottages in 1901 census but that's the nearest I can get.
