We are trying to comfirm the birth place of Robert Gibson Milner.
he is first picked up in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire in 1930 but all records have drawn a blank.one entry states born Hayes Uxbridge Middx no record of birth .He was Born 24 March 1803. Help please.

Births were not recorded pre-1837................only baptisms
