There is a marriage for a John Henry Dawson (Cabinet Maker) in 1867; father Robert Dawson, Cabinet Maker and freebmd has this birth: |

There is a marriage in 1864 for Robert Dawson, Cabinet maker, widower to Bridget Bowton Nee Collins, widower but the couple are on the 1861 as married (living in the same road as on the marriage). |

There is a John Dawson, b1857, on the 1871 census with father Robert (Cabinet Maker - the same occupation as the marriage) with mother Bridget. |

If they married in England/Wales after July 1837, the record of the marriage will be on freebmd. from where you can link to the GRO to order the cert |

Ancestry also has images of Manchester and Liverpool marriages and some ones for Dorset up until 1921; also has West Yorkshire. |
