You could obtain a transcribed image of this birth from Rootsireland.ie.
By manipulating this site, I was able to obtain a match on the father's name :George Timson ( i based it on guesswork)

The child/father does not appear on any 1911 census of Ireland and there is no George Timson on a 1901 return?
