For anything other than the names of the couple, you'll have to buy a copy of the cert

This appears to be the chap who married Geronima Gonzalez:

According to his service records they married 27 January 1906 in King's Chapel Gibraltar.

EDIT: Prior to the marriage his next of kin had been his father Edward Cozens of 22 Princes Terrace, Aldershot.

Also on military records

25th March 1915 communication sent to Mrs G Cozens at 179 high Street, Aldershott asking for confirmation of children's births. Amelia Elizabeth Cozens born 16/10/1907 and Edward John Alfonso born 22/07/1909.

Researching:
Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL
