Note that the Bristol Record Office mention 1538. This was the year that registers were introduced by Cromwell. Thus, for most of us (ie non-Royals, etc…), there will be hardly any written details prior to that year. |

Another tree says that his mother was Ann Stephens born 1734 and father Henry was born 1745. (Unusual for husband to be 11 years younger than wife.) |

Hi, Have managed to trace the Brunt family right back to about 1760 (rough guess when Henry Brunt was born, based on death cert), but struggling to find information - that is readable) previous to that date!? |
