Yes same with me but can access it through Chrome but when I do get into it I get 'Error Loading Page' for Home Page & Family Tree but other parts are ok. Can access some peoples family trees but not others. Have been in touch with them and they have answered but it still hasn't been resolved after several months! |

I made the mistake of loading the IE update to version 11 at work, but a helpdesk suggested that if any site was not loading, I should use the "tools" option on the browser bar, and find the compatibility option. It should then show the site you are trying to access, and you can just tick "OK to load" or something like that....it does seem to fix the problem. |

Hello Ivy, thank you. I followed your advice and, hurrah I'm in. Sadly, not completely. I can get some trees up but not others. Looking at their message boards this seems to be a common problem and has been for some time but I suppose I'll keep trying. Merry xmas. |
