I am looking for Ann's parents and would be happy for any information anybody may have.
Ch. 1766 at St. Brides, Fleet Street, Middlesex, England and Married to William Watkins on 9 Apr 1787At as above and they had nine children from 1789 to 1806 who were all christened at St. Pauls, Deptford, Kent, England.
William Watkins was christened on 11 Jul 1769 at St. Pauls in Deptford.

I would be most obliged for any information.

According to the marriage record here Ann Witney was a widow:

London, England, Marriages and Banns, 1754-1921
about William Watkins Name: William Watkins
Spouse Name: Ann Witney
Record Type: Banns
Event Date: 9 Apr 1787
Parish: St Bride Fleet Street
Borough: City of London
Register Type: Parish Register

Original say "widow of the (James?)
Also she signed her name Whitney.

You said children christened from 1789 onwards, but what about this one?

Father a farmer. Child born November, which would tie in with the January marriage at Deptford to Ann Permenter, but of course wouldn't exclude the April one to Ann Witney

The marriage to William Watkins looks like it says about Ann

" widow of the same" meaning widow of the same parish.
