Son of Mrs. Lyon Leith Forbes; husband of May Cornwall (formerly Forbes), of 3, Granville Rd., Kilburn, London.

It is indeed his arrival that I would like to know.
His name is Roy Forbes he was born ( allegedly ) in Calcutta c1883, on his marriage cert his Father is Robert Forbes, deceased, tea packer. Any help will be greatly appreciated thank you.

Why not tell us who he is and when born then those of us who have subs to possible records might be able to help ?

Or is it specifically just the arrival you want?

He is making my head spin at the moment because adds up and he is only very indirectly related to me but one of the problems we just love to solve.
I have him in one census as age 6 the next 18, his marriage and when he died but not when he arrived in UK. Grrrr.

if you don't find information from passenger lists you may be able to see if they had Alien Registration documents in the county they lived in in GB .
These can give more information ;proffession ,place of birth even photos .
