I don't think that FamilySearch has any Scottish death records at all.

Deceased on line have added a number of burial records - you can search and see d.o.d and/or d.o.burial for free, but have to purchase credits to view the original entry.

In all honesty the best site is Scotlandspeople, which I'm sure you will know is not free.

Depending on what era you are reseaching Familysearch.org has quite a lot of Scottish records but are mainly older ones.

Hi

I am researching the Scottish element of my family tree. I have no problem finding births and census records but I am struggling with death records, can anyone recommend a good site for this? Preferably a free site if poss!
