You might need to contact the record office at Kendal to see if they hold parish marriages or baptisms from the late 1700's/early 1800's:- |

There are a few deaths in 1851 for the name William Wilcock. There is one in Kendal and in the 1841 census there is a William Wilcock in Kendal where there is also an Ann mentioned (although the 1841 census doesn't give relationships this might be the couple). |

William and Ann Wilcock are my great, great grandparents, They were both born I think in 1795. William died in 1851. I have found them on a census and know who their children were but am trying to find out who both their parents were and what Ann's maiden name was. Can anyone help? |
