Can anyone tell me whereabouts Constabligh is? It's the abode mentioned in a baptism at St James, Haslingden. No hits on Google. Thanks.

Possible alternative spelling of Constablee, which crops up on records including this one
"the will of John Haworth of Constablee, Forest of Rossendale 1727. He held lands in Constablee, Wolfenden, Crawshawbooth, and Henheads in the Forest of Rossendale.

I'd assume it was a hamlet that no longer exists perhaps?

Apologies, it does still exist "CONSTABLEE, NEW HALL HEY, COWPE LENCH, EGYPT HALL CARR, LONGHOLME AND OAKENHEAD, are places comprised in the town of Rawtenstall."

It is spelled here as Constabligh

Yes it does still exist and so do the Haworth family as far as I am aware. My paternal family are from the area.
