	If the Will didn't go to Probate, no copy is available. and the £10.00 fee does not get refunded

	If your great uncle died before 1966, Ancestry have probate details online. Post his details if you don't have access, we can take a look for you

Member Since: May 2006 Posts: 7,005 Send Message	You can apply using this form: http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/pa001s-eng.pdf which has to be posted. The cost went up to £10 a few months ago. You must be able to give details of when and where he died.

	I would like to buy the will of my great uncle, to see who he gave all his money too (as I am since a nosy person), but I don't even know where to begin, or the price. Can somebody please tell me. :-D :-D :-D
	Researching: Oxfordshire, Devon, Somerset, Gloucestershire etc.
