Is this perhaps a possibility?? did she have siblings? Unfortunately Leonard and all the first names are very common Irish names.

thank you for all your help so far
have found some more info that relates to the Bridget that I am looking for
details of Bridget(from birth cert)born 17/3/1904,registered @ Milford,County Donegal-parents listed as Patrick James Leonard & Margaret(Maggie) nee McCorran-she was the youngest child of Patrick & Maggie,Bridget having an elder sister Lizzie birth registered , Letterkenny C/Donegal,Lizzie went onto to marry Bernard McGinley in 1950 & lived up until her death in Scotland(when Lizzie was spoken to about her sister she said that she had last heard from her in the 1960`s & that she was somewhere in Ireland(have all the deatails on Lizzie)
--- 16/41923 Bridget had a child out of wedlock,she was christened Mary and when a few months old was placed for adoption,she was adopted & had a wonderful life,she passed away in the 1980`s,according to Bridget`s daughter`s b/cert,mother was a mill worker in village of Strabane,C/Tyrone
---marriage of Bridget`s parents (from cert)Patrick James Leonard/Maggie McCorran@Long Tower R/C church ,County Derry 1906
----Patrick died 1WW

Please would you confirm the father's second name

You have it as both James and Joseph, and also you have the marriage as being after the births of his and Margaret's daughters

sorry according to fathers war records it is Joseph and this name is also given on his 2 daughters baptism records
the marriage date is correct
