I've been looking for 30 years for my great uncle (brother to my grandfather). I have his b. and d. certificates showing he was born in Budbrooke, Warwickshire, and died in Barry, South Wales. I recently found he rented property in Llantwit Major, near Barry, worked as a chef, buried in Barry's Cemetary in a pauper's grave. However, I'd love to find out why and when he left Warwickshire (he appears in Electoral Rolls till 1930), and where he was between 1930 and 1972. No marriages seem to exist. |
