Hi I am trying to find out about Frederick Eastbury born around 1868. There is no birth record, no census records until 1901 when he appears in Rotherham (my home town). There are a lot of Eastbury's in Shipston on Stour and Frederick and my great grandmother, Sarah Ann Sleight moved to Walsall for a while during the 1890's. This is not a common surname, so if anyone has any connection i would like to hear from you. Thanks, Elaine. |

I don't have a connection but this seems to be his death record:- |

The marriage certificate could possibly name his father (if he knew him) and would help with finding the family in an earlier census:- |

So who did Sarah marry here? |

Re 1911, Sarah is listed as Frederick's housekeeper, and her daughter Rebecca as a boarder. another daughter, Selina, has been scored out. Both daughters were first listed as Sleight Eastbury, but then Eastbury has been scored out: |

I wonder if this is Frederick in 1871, with different spelling? |
